Please allow 1-2 business days to process order and your order will arrive in 3-5 business days depending on the delivery location. (Business days do not include weekends).
RUSH
We do not offer any rush orders. Everything is shipped ground. Please call our customer service desk at 248-283-7700 if a rush order is required and we will try our best to accommodate you.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive (1) an email confirmation when your order is placed, and (2) an email when your package has shipped with your tracking information.
We ask that you please be on the lookout for your package because our products are perishable.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Use your order number and billing email to track the status of your package on our Track Your Order page.
Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and depend on service selected
It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the tracking system. Please be patient!
DELIVERY
If you did not receive the package and the tracking system says it was delivered (with the correct address provided), you must call the shipping company directly and file a claim.
Drivers will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘safe’ and reasonable to do so.
We must go by what the shipping company’s tracking website says and if it says it was delivered, it was delivered.
For gifts, we recommend that you notify gift recipients of their sweet surprise before the date of delivery to ensure that they are looking out for their delivery.
If your package is returned to Cooper Street Cookies because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot send a new package or issue a refund. Unfortunately, you must place another order. We cannot send replacements for a customer’s mistake.
If there is a letter or number that is incorrect in the address, the shipping company will not deliver the package. Address must be 100% correct.
Please DO NOT ship to hotels or hospitals. We are not responsible if they lose the package. Once the item we sent was delivered, our job is done. You must coordinate with the hotel or hospital. We cannot be responsible if the package was delivered to the correct address and the hospital or hotel did not receive and deliver it correctly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All online orders are final and non-refundable. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds/exchanges based on customer flavor preference.
