Perseverance and determination have paid off as our little cookie company has grown from a local & regional bakery into a national supplier of delicious, better-for-you cookies and snacks. Imbued with that same hard work ethic and indominable spirit, sons Max and Sam also joined the business early on to make this a true family enterprise. Elaine’s Favorite
My favorite cookie is hard to pick. It’s like asking which child is my favorite! Orange Cranberry is definitely ONE of my favorites. WHY? The freshness of the orange; the plump juicy cranberries and the crunchiness is a taste bud rush that always leaves me craving more. And, at only 30 calories per cookie, I don’t feel guilty when I eat another and another. I love these cookies at meals or when I’m hiking, golfing or just watching my favorite TV show. I keep a bag close by at all times. I find myself creating new ways to enjoy my orange cranberry favorite. Crunched in my yogurt or parfait; crumbled into a crust for an ice cream pie; sprinkled over my salad or just plain pop them in my mouth! No matter how you look at it these are JUST THE BEST COOKIES ON THE PLANET. I know my grandma is smiling when she sees what has become of her 100 year old recipe. “Cookie” is one of the first words we learn – and what a better way than starting out with Cooper Street Cookies at an early age. YUM!!
Sam’s Favorite
For me, the golden brown, light crunchy texture, along with LOTS of flavor is why I love and prefer to eat the twice baked cookies! However, those giant, white creamy chunks, along with an abundant amount of plump, juicy red cherries in every bite, make my mouth explode while I jump up and down with craziness! When it comes to how incredibly good the white chunk cherry is, I usually forget everything that’s happening around me while I consume the entire bag.
Max’s Favorite
This may be biased, but I believe this is the best cookie in the entire world. Being in charge of running a company, I am always on the go-go-go and of course I forget to eat.
