SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Cooper Street Snacks Sweepstakes begins on October 14, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 31 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER

Limit one entry per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be complete and received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Cooper Street Snacks, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
THE PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Free ground shipping on eligible prize redemptions during the 12-month prize period
The product portion of the prize will be provided through a unique promotional code that may be redeemed 12 times total during the 12-month prize period.
A separate promotional code will be provided for free ground shipping and may also be used 12 times total during the prize period.
PRIZE REDEMPTION
The product and shipping promotional codes will be issued to the email address associated with the winning entry and may only be used by the winner.
The $55 product code is not restricted to a specific calendar month. The winner may use the available redemptions at any time during the 12-month prize period.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Cooper Street Snacks reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about November 2, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner will have seven (7) days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cooper Street Snacks, which are final and binding.
Cooper Street Snacks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Sweepstakes, including through fraudulent, automated, or other improper means.
Cooper Street Snacks is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; or other problems that may interfere with entry or administration of the Sweepstakes.
